Interesting Day!

On 27/08/14, I visited London, but there were a few surprises in store!!!
On the 248 (Cranham to Romford Market), a route which is not usually curtailed, I got on a bus to Romford Station
I also saw one to Upminster Park Estate
And just to round it off, I saw one to Upminster!
Then I got the train to Fenchurch Street, and on the walk to the Tower Of London, I saw a centre-staircase President on an Original Tours Route.
I then got the 42 to Bricklayer's Arms.
I crossed the road to get the 21 to Bank and saw an odd working.
Then the 21 came.
After a fairly short trip on that, the 43 came. (Note, it is an odd working!)
After a fairly long trip to Holloway Road, We got the 153 to St John Street.
It was a nice journey, and afterwards, we had a short break. After, we got the 341.
Our final bus, the 521, also had a surprise in store! We had to run for it, but here it is!
A BYD E-Bus!!! It is my second time on EB1! I took a better photo at the end as well.
Nothing else exciting happened from then, but a very exciting day overall!

RAIN!!!!

On 14/08/14 there was some torrential rain. I took a few photos in Cannon Street under a cover to pass the time. Here they are.

LF52 UPJ On The 242 to Homerton Hospital, With An Unidentified Stagecoach NBFL In Close Pursuit.

The Water Was Absolutely Soaking The Road, So The Buses Had To Splash Through Some Massive Puddles!!!

An Unidentified Enviro 400 On The 25 to Ilford.

An Unidentified Stagecoach NBFL On The 8 to Bow Church.

Sorry about the poor quality of some of the photos (especially the 56), it was hard to take shots in such bad weather!

The E10s New Enviro 200s

First of all, sorry that this post is SO late. The E10 got new Enviro 200s on 31/05/14 and was awarded to a new operator, Arriva Tellings-Golden-Miller. Finally, TGM have returned to the capital as a TFL company! These 2014 buses only have, like the old ones, a single door.
They are quite noisy, like most single decker buses (Apart from, of course, the BYD E-Buses and Metrocity EVs). Annoyingly, the bus has no Tellings-Golden-Miller Logos or moquettes. Only the drivers uniform says TGM on it!
Overall, the buses are nice and when I got to the bus stop, there was no bunching on the route, but I don't know what other people think. I am glad to see TGM back in London!
